About meI create furry characters! My current art practice is an ode to imagination and freedom, leaning into the inherent liberation that drawing allows. I have tabled at various events and markets, and work hard to bring new work to each event. I am grateful for my communities and fellow creatives that I get to connect with through tabling.I make prints of my digital and traditional illustrations, original paintings, stickers, and more. I also make and sell print runs of zines (comics, conceptual, non-fiction.) My art is entirely my own, original, and most characters are mine as well (with exception to some commission examples, and some fan art.)

DisclaimerI do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour or disrespectful communication. This is a professional transaction, and will be approached as such, and this of course goes both ways. I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.Art Style and SignatureMy commissions and badges can be done using traditional media (alcohol markers, ink) or digital. All commissions have a planning/sketch, midway, and detail stage.On the back of each badge is my Jax Art Attax branded stamp. Order form includes any additional requests (for example, I could include your socials if you would like.)I make work in my art style, and will not copy another artist’s style. Please do not request this, I honour and respect the art styles and intellectual property of other artists.CommunicationThe best way to reach me is through email ([email protected].) This is for both of our benefits, as notifications/keeping track/permissions on social media are unreliable, and I don’t want to miss your commission request! I will communicate about the commission process, updates, and confirmation of payment through email as well.Please note that art is not my only job, so there will be periods I may not be able to reply right away. I retain the right to post the art I make in commission work for promotion, as examples, or to advertise my work. With that said, your characters belong to you, and will not be resold/reproduced outside of promotion, examples, or ads to showcase my artistic work.
If you are posting about the commission, please credit my art name, Jax Art Attax, and tag me when possible.COMMISSION PROCESS INFOUpdates and shipping/info: I will respond to your commission request within 1-2 weeks of form submission. All details including timeline, total cost, and shipping will be communicated prior to moving forward from the preliminary sketch/planning stage.I will let you know of any unforeseen circumstances that would affect your commission timeline and update the timeline if necessary. If something comes up that would make me unable to complete your commission, I will communicate with you and provide a plan for full or partial refund.Process1. Fill out order form linked in my commission info page (or contact me to check in if you have any questions not covered by the order form.)
2. If your commission request is good to go, I will email you with confirmation and information about payment.
3. Once payment is recieved, I get started on your commission (with some updates in the meantime.)
4. You pick up your shiny new badge at my table during the Fur Eh 2026 Dealer's Den.PaymentPlease pay using e-transfer to [email protected]. If this does not work for you, I can arrange an alternative using square. Payment must be provided in full prior to me beginning your commission. Please note, I intend to open some slots during the convention to do commissions, and in that case cash would be accepted (in person only.)Cancellation/refund policyIf you choose to cancel the commission, I will provide the following refund amounts based on the stage I am at in the conbadge process.Please note that my badge process and corresponding refund amounts are as follows:
1. At pencil sketch stage (75% refund)
2. At flat colouring stage (base alcohol markers) (50% refund)
3. At inking, final details, finishing stage (No refund)
